Pamphlet. Condition: Good. First Edition. Removed, no wrapper, 8 3/4 x 5 1/2 inches, 6 clean pp. 21st Congress, 1st Session, Ho. of Reps. Treas. Dept. Doc. no. 64. This report contains letters focused upon the building of a light house or beacon at Point Lookout in the Chesapeake Bay. $1150 was given to one Mr. Barney, for the purpose of buying the land for the beacon or light house, but nothing had been heard from Mr. Barney after he had received the money.
