When… there is a heat wave, he invents an ice cream hat to keep cool. When his neighbor has a stiff neck from looking behind him on his bicycle, he invents a See-Back-Ri-Scope. When the smoke from burning leaves bother his neighbor, he uses a vacuum cleaner to suck up the smoke. He wears lights on his head in the fog and disappoints the children who are expecting a Christmas tree. The book has simple sketch illustrations high lighted in single colors. The date comes from an ink note inside the front cover. Size: 7.5 x 9.75.
