They have the marks to the left of they page where the staples that secured them into the magazine have been removed; but are otherwise clean, unfoxed and un-thumbed. Ideal for framing. The cover is a very faintly foxed and quite worn at the fold.

First Edition. A beautiful copy of this softback work. Poems by Edmond Haraucourt, Jules de Marthold, Francis de Croisset, Marc Legrand, Emile Verhaeren, Henri de Régnier and André Fontainas. Each of the poems about the Seven Deadly Sins is accompanied by a fabulous Art Nouveau Symbolist illustration by Henry Detouche. These are beautifully coloured. In an addition, the cover shows the sins in female form. The work was originally held by staples through stab marks at the spine edge (?) but every copy we have seen has the stab holes, but is loose, as ours is. Good, clean, fractionally darkened covers. Inside, this work is clean and tidy throughout. Unpaginated but 16 pages. (Including covers). 370 by 280mm (14½ by 11 inches). .
