In erster Linie Verwaltungsbeamter, förderte Hahl in Neuguinea die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung, vor allem den Plantagenbau, erheblich, so daß sich der Ertrag dieses Landes in seiner Amtszeit auf das Sechsfache erhöhte" (NDB VII, 495). - Mit Lochspur. - Vgl.
