In this study, the preparation of eight phenol extracts for leaves and stems mixture (L+S) parts and leaves (L) part of Iraqi Coriandrum Sativum L. and their phytochemical analysis and total phenols, total tannins and total flavonoids are described. Three copolymeric hydrogels loaded with phenolic extract 4 of Coriandrum Sativum L. (U1-U3) via redox polymerization were prepared and studied as a drug delivery system.
