In quanto organizzazioni complesse, che lavorano diretta…mente con la conoscenza, hanno bisogno di adottare un modello di gestione che permetta loro di gestire la conoscenza e preservare la memoria organizzativa. Poiché gran parte della conoscenza nelle università è in possesso dei collaboratori che la integrano, questa ricerca, a partire dalle tecniche di Knowledge Management, si è proposta di indagare le pratiche di condivisione della conoscenza coinvolgendo i principali settori amministrativi legati alla Scuola di Direzione di Ingegneria (EE) dell'Università Federale di Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). A tal fine, è stato sviluppato un Programma di Condivisione della Conoscenza (KSP), applicato ai dipendenti dell'istruzione tecnico-amministrativa (TAE) nei settori chiave dell'EE.
