Para Celia, Maria y Tirapegui (2008), la participación de personas con discapacidad física en actividades deportivas es importante por muchas razones, entre ellas la socialización, la autoestima, el autocontrol y la autoconfianza son muy importantes. El objetivo de este trabajo fue identificar la composición corporal y flexibilidad de los deportistas de natación con discapacidad física del Club SESI, del cual se recogieron datos referentes a la composición corporal, donde se utilizaron doce protocolos de pliegues cutáneos más bioimpedancia, teniendo como metodología la forma descriptiva intencional.
