Paperback. Condition: New. Print on Demand. This book presents a historical overview of the work of the Colorado Attorney General's office from 1913 to 1914, focusing on key legal and political issues that shaped the state during that time. While the main body of the text consists of a report by the then-Attorney General, Fred F…arrar, to the state's Governor, the book also includes opinions written by Farrar and his assistants on a range of legal matters. These documents provide insight into the legal framework of Colorado during this period and explore the challenges faced by the state in areas such as inheritance tax, water rights, coal mining, and election law. By examining these legal battles, this book offers a glimpse into the complexities of governance and law in the early 20th century. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.
