This book attempts to provide a significant and systematic study of the history of Murshidabad Nawabs in the light of their contributions towards architectures, paintings, art, culture and literatures. Most of the architectures, paintings and art highlight their utmost interest. In the middle of the century, the second wave of Mongol invasion led by Hulagu Khan overthrew both the remnants of Persian Ismailis and the Abbasid caliphate in Baghdad, the latter in the same year that Saadi wrote his Golestan.
