Anonym erschienene, jagdgeschichtlich bedeutende, aber bibliographisch bisher nicht erfasste u. daher sehr seltene Veröffentlichung zum Streit zwischen der Reichsstadt Frankfurt und dem Fürstentum Hessen-Hanau über den Verlauf ihrer Jagdgrenzen in dem sog. Riederhöfer-District. Anlass des Streits waren tätliche Auseinandersetzungen zwischen Bauern des Hanauischen Dorfes Fechenheim und Schutztruppen einer von der Stadt Frankfurt veranstalteten Treibjagd am 4. Oktober 1773. Der Streit wurde zunächst von der Stadt Frankfurt noch im Jahr 1773 durch eine Kurtze Actenmässige Vorstellung . (Lindner 11.0007.01; Knorring 2) mit 30 Beilagen als Beweisstücken in die Öffentlichkeit getragen. Die hier vorliegende Veröffentlichung war bisher (auch Lindner) unbekannt und betrifft die Gegendarstellung durch das Fürstenhaus Hessen-Hanau noch im gleichen Jahr. Mit der Abfassung dieser Gegendarstellung wurde der aus Hungen stammende Advokat und Geheime Regierungsrat Philipp Christian Erni (geb. 25.11.1713; gest. 1780) beauftragt. Die Darstellung der Stadt Frankfurt wird mit allen Beilagen wiederholt und die jeweilige Gegendarstellung unter Beifügung von 14 (A. O. nummer.) weiteren Beilagen unmittelbar angeschlossen. Wohl als erste Reaktion auf diese Gegendarstellung veröffentlichte die Stadt Frankfurt ebenfalls noch im gleichen Jahr einen Nachtrag mit 2 weiteren Beilagen zur eigenen Darstellung (Lindner 11.0009.01) und im darauf folgenden Jahr 1774 die eigentlichen Gegenanmerkungen mit 9 weiteren Beilagen (Lindner 11.0011.01) zu der Gegendarstellung von Hessen-Hanau. Der Streit wurde im Jahr 1787 mit einem Haupt-Vertrag beigelegt (Lindner 11.0001.01; Knorring 1). Nicht bei Lindner; Knorring 353.
