It was approved and sanctioned by Lord Lawrence and General Sir George Lawrence and was in the hands of the publisher when another branch of the family Henry Waldermer? Lawrence and Lady Alice Lawrence interfered and asked that Mr Herman Merivale should complete the book before any publication. Lady Edwardes gave up the manuscript at their request". In Two Volumes.
