God, the invisible spiritual King of the invisible spiritual Kingdom of Heaven rules Heaven by his laws and rules his invisible spiritual government on Earth through his Son, our King Jesus Christ by his laws. There are two ways to obtain righteousness, through the law or by faith through Jesus Christ. There are some key concepts and terms used extensively in the text for impact because of their importance in understanding the ideology of the Kingdom of God. They include: Invisible: It is important to understand that you cannot see the Kingdom of God with your natural eyes. For many people, this is a stumbling block submitting to its rulership. That reminds me of the biblical explanation of why some humans are rich and some are poor even though God created both groups of individuals. The reason is how they see. The poor only see with their natural eyes while the rich also see with their minds. Ideas that create riches are invisible and cannot be seen with the natural eyes but fully visible with the eyes of the human spirit. Paperback. Condition: new. Paperback. He said, "The knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of God has been given to you, but to others I speak in parables." Luke 8:10 (NIV) The Kingdom of God is a spiritual nation on earth. It is the arm of the spiritual Kingdom of Heaven ruled by God. This is part of my book series on the Kingdom of God. Each book unravels a pair of ".knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of God.". This book reveals knowledge of the secrets about Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Why did God send them to earth? Section A will explore knowledge of the secret about Jesus Christ, and Section B will reveal knowledge of the secret about the Holy Spirit. Why did God, King of the Kingdom of Heaven send Jesus Christ to earth? Jesus Christ did many miracles, died, rose from the grave, and went back to Heaven. So, why did he come to earth? He spoke about the mystery of the Kingdom of Heaven which he exposed only to his disciples. The clue to the first secret made known only to his disciples was: ".You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God." Matthew 16:16 (NIV) Why did humanity need a Messiah (King) from Heaven to Earth? We need to compare humanity at creation and at that point in time. Below is the account of creation of mankind. "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion." Genesis 1:26 (KJV) Contrasting the account of creation to the status of humanity at that point clearly shows the plight of humanity. Instead of having dominion, the human was dominated, and instead of ruling the earth, the human was ruled by Satan and everything on earth. Clearly, humanity lost all knowledge of rulership and the power to rule the earth. During that era, the predominant government ideology was kingdom. A kingdom is a nation ruled by a King or Queen. Humanity lost all knowledge of how to be Kings and Queens of the earth. Unfortunately, humans were the children of God, King of the Kingdom of Heaven. God created the earth for his children to rule as Kings and Queens just as he rules Heaven as King. We are about to reveal the secret of Jesus Christ. When he was born shepherds in the field were visited by an angel from Heaven who told them that a King was born. He said he was the Messiah (King) and was killed because he said he was a King. There is no doubt that Jesus Christ came from Heaven to Earth as a King. Why? The secret is that Jesus Christ is the image of God and humans are also the image of God, King of the Kingdom of Heaven. But humanity lost knowledge of that image as Kings and Queens. Jesus Christ came to teach humanity how to be the Kings and Queens of the earth again, thereby restoring the image of God on earth. If you do not understand Jesus Christ as King, you are missing the point about him. His life showed us how to be the Kings and Queens of the Earth again. Don't be mesmerized by the miracles, that is what we were created to do on earth. He said we can command a mountain to move and it will obey us. Why? Because a King has absolute power in his kingdom. This section will retrain us to assume the image of God, our Father who is King of the Kingdom of Heaven, and rule once again as Kings and Queens of the Earth. Jesus Christ accomplished his task of restoring the image of God as King to humanity. But humanity still lacked something we had in creation, the likeness of God. That is the second secret that required the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ revealed this secret to us in his sermon on the mount. He said: Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect. Matthew 5:48 Our Father in Heaven is a King and he is perfect. We are Kings and Queens of the Earth and are supposed to be perfect like our Father. Why? What is this likeness of God, and why do we need it? We need the Shipping may be from multiple locations in the US or from the UK, depending on stock availability.…

Paperback. Condition: Very Good. This edition brings together all the archaeological knowledge of the world's boats and ships for the benefit of the maritime archaeologist, as well as for the general reader and enthusiast, the historian and the student. But is is much more than a catalogue of the world's boat finds. The author has collated all the available evidence on the evolution of boat- and shipbuilding through the ages, and examines it as a crucial part of the development of changing civilizations. The book has two central themes: the classification of boats according to their structures, and the problems associated with building these boats and the solutions that were discovered. Having described the various roots of shipbuilding - the raft boat, the skin boat, the bark boat and the dugout - the author goes on to describe the aspects of evolution up to the 15th century and the beginning of written records. Nautical archaeology has moved on at a great pace since the book was first published in 1976: the new discoveries at Roskilde and at the Nydem site, at Red Bay, Labrador and Bermuca; the building of the classical trireme; the replicas of Columbus's ships; and the many cog discoveries in recent years. These are just some of the fresh subjects covered in this volume. The book should be a reference for all maritime enthusiasts, and should be a useful work for all students of archaeology. The contents include introductory chapters outlining the general theory and background of boat building. The following chapters cover the four roots of boat building, and the main part of the book covers aspects of the evolution of boats and vessels in Europe and North America. Basil Greenhill is the author of "The Merchant Schooners" and "The Archaeology of the Boat" and the consultant editor to the "Conway's History of the Ship" series. The book has been read, but is in excellent condition. Pages are intact and not marred by notes or highlighting. The spine remains undamaged.…
