Ziel ist es, die Hindernisse für den Zugang von Arbeitnehmerinnen zu Machtpositionen in der uruguayischen Gewerkschaftsführung zu ermitteln.Auf der Grundlage der obigen Ausführungen wird eine Schlussfolgerung aus der Sicht des Autors zu diesem Thema gezogen.
