Isidore Hippolyte Nicolas Brion(1799-1863), participa, avec Jean-François-Théodore Gechter, François Lanno et Honoré Jean Aristide Husson, à la réalisation de la Fontaine des Fleuves, installée sur la place de la Concorde, à Paris. Homme politique et administrateur. Préfet de la Seine, il modernise Paris, fait construire des égouts, agrandir les rues et installer l'éclairage au gaz.
