Includes hundreds of photographs from filmmaker and photographer, Phil Griffin. In the publisher's dust jacket, $30.00 on the front flap, faint shelf wear, a near fine example. Inscribed on the front free endpaper: "To Chris / my brother / my friend / Hope you have a great 2010. / Jon Bon Jovi." Chris Daughtry opened for Bon Jovi during the 2007-2008 Lost Highway Tour of the United States, Japan, Canada, and Europe. Signed.
