These Lanthanum Titanate nanoparticles are prepared through different techniques such as sol-gel, solid state reaction methods etc. By doping various transition materials within the perovskite structure, the properties of the La-based substances can be increased. AlxLa1-xTiO3 (x = 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8), Al0.8 EuxLa0.2-xTiO3 (x = 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8) and Al0.8GdyLa0.2-yTiO3 (y = 0.01, 0.02, 0.03 and 0.04) nanostructures are prepared using hydrothermal technique for Structural, Morphological, Optical, and Dielectric Properties. Finally, these materials are suitable applications for high charge stored capacitors, sensors, and optoelectronic devices. 180 pp. Englisch.
