Hard cover in loose plastic protected dust wrapper, 256pp. Dw a bit worn with some chipping and small pieces missing at edges, board edges a little worn, pages lightly browned; a good copy. The WWII story of Dalderup, a young Dutchman, who joined up a sa Nazi soldier. He fought on the Eastern Front, and then the Western Front where he was taken prisoner and ended up in a POW camp in northern England, He escaped and reached Ireland, and then - in a bold move - joined the British Air Force.
