Condition: en trés bon état. 1812 une lettre à en-tête de la Mairie du Cellier préimprimée en noir et manuscrite à l'encre brune, lettre de 4 pages (un feuillet plié en deux) sur velin ligné et filigrané (seule la première page est manuscrite), format : 25 x 20 cm, adresse du destinataire manuscrit à l'encre brune au milieu de la page : Monsieur DEQUEBRIAC sous-prefet de l'Arrondissement d'Ancenis à Ancenis, avec cachet de la mairie d'ancenis en noir avec les armes royales : lma couronne royale et les trois fleurs de Lys, lettre signée SIFFAIT JOURDAN à l'encre brune, Le Cellier, le 7 Octobre 1822, en trés bon état Maximilien SIFFAIT JOURDAN : Maire du Cellier, Receveur général des Douanes , Architecte connu pour ses "FOLIES SIFFAIT" .un empire pour une demoiselle .un jardin étonnant situé prés de Nantes sur la commune du Cellier. Ces étranges ruines ont été construites par Maximilien Siffait au début du XIXème siècle. Les terrasses ont été décorées et aménagées ensuite par son fils Albert Oswald. Mais les historiens sont perplexes pour donner les raisons de la construction de ce jardin sans utilité qui, depuis les bateaux de la Loire, interloquait les voyageurs. Les murs badigeonnés de bleu, les portes ouvertes sur rien, les escaliers ne menant nulle part.
