    Unpaged - approximately 106 pages. Hardcover: H 23.75cm x L 19cm. Metal ring binder for interior leaves with red cloth spine and b/w pictorial paper over rigid cardstock boards; covers rubbed and soiled, fore-edge corners worn, scuffing along boards' bottom edges. Red endpapers; past owner's personal bookplate on front pastedown along with gift and ownership ink inscriptions. With Foreword and two page essay. B/w plates mostly on rectos with captions on opposing versos; past owner's occasional ink underlining and brief notes on caption pages but with at least one occurrence of handwritten paragraph on caption page towards book's rear; some soiling to caption pages as well. Binding is firm. A good copy of an uncommon book. Summarized in Foreword as "a picture study of some of the work done by the late Carl Milles in his studio at Cranbrook Academy of Art, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, during his years as resident artist, 1931-1951.".
