Cloth - Hard Cover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: No Dust Jacket. First Edition. 379 pages, plus folding map and ads. Covers are a little scuffed and lightly worn. A bookplate was roughly town from the front paste down. Small crack in the lower hinge (internal), though volume is holding tight. Front free end leaf is affixed to the front paste down for about one inch along the bound edge. Volume is otherwise tight and intact.
