Soft cover. Condition: Good. Very rare original 1871 copy of "Regulations Relating to Army and Navy Pensions: With Statutes." The pamphlet is overall in Good- condition with some signs of wear and age. It is softcover in its original paper wrappers which have some foxing & moderate wear. There is a chip out of the top corner of the front wrapper, about an inch wide chip out of the back cover near the spine, and some other minor tears and chips. The interior is toned from age but mostly clean with just some occasional foxing & grubbiness. Along with that there may be the occasional page with some kind of minor imperfection such as a creased page corner, tiny chip or tear, minor stain or marking, etc. The pamphlet measures approximately 9 1/4 inches by 6 inches and is 100 pages long.
