The study population comprised of the officials and the ordinary members of the community based organizations (C.B.Os) drawn from 50 C.B.Os supported by World Vision Kenya. Out of these a sample of 20 C.B.Os that have already undergone training from the whole population was selected using purposive sampling technique.
