Previous owner's stamp on the front free endpaper else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original dust wrapper, unevenly faded, chapped at edges, shelf worn, sunned over spine. A guide to making cheese and butter at home, with recipes and further chapters on making yoghurt and junket.
