Marbled paper front and rear end sheets and paste downs. All edges of the text block marbled. Names of previous owners in ink on the first blank end sheet. Interesting: in ink is "Paris, May 1789" on the half title (Hello Revolution). No musty odor. No water damage, No soiling. no sun fading. Charles Duclos was a public French intellectual in the years leading up to the revolution.
