Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura during the period 1966-67 to 2014-15. Growth of area, production and productivity, decomposition of production-growth into its components with instability and requirement analysis of foodgrain are vigorously analyzed to examine the cross- sectional variability among the states over time under changing land use dimensions.
