A first screening based on the variability of phenolic compounds contents allowed to select 4 species. After a differential fractionation by a set of solvent, the study of their phenolic compositions as well as their antioxidant activities, was made. The results showed a decrease of the phenolic compounds contents for the 3 algae, while for the Magnoliophyte Ruppia cirrhosa, an increase of these contents was recorded after fractionation. Then, a second screening, allowed to select the 2 most interesting species which are Caulerpa prolifera and R. cirrhosa, whose antimicrobial activity was evaluated. From the results obtained, it appears that R. cirrhosa is distinguished from the other species studied by its richness in phenolic compounds, its considerable antioxidant and antimicrobial activities. 84 pp. Englisch.

Ein erstes Screening auf der Grundlage der Variabilität des Gehalts an phenolischen Verbindungen führte zur Auswahl von 4 Arten. Nach einer differentiellen Fraktionierung durch einen Satz von Lösungsmitteln wurden ihre phenolischen Zusammensetzungen sowie ihre antioxidativen Aktivitäten untersucht. Die Ergebnisse zeigten eine Abnahme des Gehalts an phenolischen Verbindungen für die drei Algen, während für den Magnoliophyten Ruppia cirrhosa ein Anstieg des Gehalts nach der Fraktionierung verzeichnet wurde. In einem zweiten Screening wurden die beiden interessantesten Arten Caulerpa prolifera und R. cirrhosa ausgewählt und auf ihre antimikrobielle Aktivität hin untersucht. Aus den Ergebnissen geht hervor, dass R. cirrhosa sich von den anderen untersuchten Arten durch seinen Reichtum an phenolischen Verbindungen, seine beträchtliche antioxidative und antimikrobielle Aktivität unterscheidet. 88 pp. Deutsch.

Nach einer differentiellen Fraktionierung durch einen Satz von Lösungsmitteln wurden ihre phenolischen Zusammensetzungen sowie ihre antioxidativen Aktivitäten untersucht. Die Ergebnisse zeigten eine Abnahme des Gehalts an phenolischen Verbindungen für die drei Algen, während für den Magnoliophyten Ruppia cirrhosa ein Anstieg des Gehalts nach der Fraktionierung verzeichnet wurde. In einem zweiten Screening wurden die beiden interessantesten Arten Caulerpa prolifera und R. cirrhosa ausgewählt und auf ihre antimikrobielle Aktivität hin untersucht. Após um fraccionamento diferencial por um conjunto de solventes, foi feito o estudo das suas composições fenólicas, bem como das suas actividades antioxidantes. Os resultados mostraram uma diminuição do conteúdo de compostos fenólicos para as 3 algas, enquanto que para a Magnoliophyte Ruppia cirrhosa, foi registado um aumento do conteúdo após o fraccionamento. Depois, um segundo rastreio permitiu seleccionar as 2 espécies mais interessantes, que são a Caulerpa prolifera e a R. cirrhosa, cuja actividade antimicrobiana foi avaliada.
