En dépit de son caractère obligatoire, et de son rôle indéniable de dépistage et de prévention, elle n'est pas remboursée par la sécurité sociale. Le certificat médical de non contre indication au sport pose donc de nombreux problèmes et interrogations.Afin d'évaluer cette consultation préalable, un questionnaire a été adressé à des médecins généralistes. Ces derniers étaient interrogés sur leur pratique mais également sur leur ressenti et les évolutions éventuelles à apporter à ce certificat. Le but étant de trouver des solutions pour faciliter ce certificat au cours de la consultation de médecine générale. 76 pp. Französisch.
