Ziel dieser Untersuchung ist es, den Reformprozess hinsichtlich des Verhältnisses von EuGVO und Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit detailliert zu analysieren, wobei das verwendete Modell des Politikzyklus (policy cycle) hilfreich für das Verständnis ist, wie ein Reformprozess einer Verordnung im Rahmen der Europäischen Union theoretisch, aber auch praktisch angegangen wird und welche juristischen Voraussetzungen bestehen.This work is focused on the relationship between Regulation (EC) no. 44/2001 of the Council of 22 December 2000 concerning jurisdiction, the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters and arbitration in the light of the proposed revision COM (2010) 748 presented by the Commission, after a long investigation, in December 2010. The objective is to analyze the evolution of this relationship through the policy cycle model, which will help to understand how a proposal to revise a regulation theoretically and practically is addressed in the political agenda of the The European Union and what legal questions arise.Il presente lavoro è focalizzato sulla relazione tra il Regolamento (CE) n. 44/2001 del Consiglio del 22 dicembre 2000 concernente la competenza giurisdizionale, il riconoscimento e l esecuzione delle decisioni in materia civile e commerciale e l arbitrato alla luce della proposta revisione COM (2010) 748 presentata dalla Commissione, dopo una lunga opera di indagine, nel Dicembre 2010.
