Clean pages and illustrations with light tanning and mild foxing throughout. More pronounced to free endpapers and paste-downs. Pencil markings to front free endpaper. Hinges are slightly cracked with exposed netting. Binding remains firm. Boards have moderate edge wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Moderate sunning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Minor splits to spine ends and corners causing cloth to be frayed. Lettering is darkened. Visible wear marks to boards.

Undated, and not published in 1900. Boards are worn and discoloured espeically the spine where sections are not present. Board corners and spine ends are also bumped and rubbed. A few gutter breaks evident, however pages remain tightly bound. Previous owner's Ex Libris label to FEP, and pages are lightly foxed throughout. LW. Used.

Coloured pencil marks to inside cover and throughout book, name penned to ffep The binding is firm. The pages are clean with some tanning, pictures coloured in pen and pencil throughout. This book has 208 pages. All in all a nice example of this book.
