Kleijn. The book was published by Doubleday & Company, Inc. in 1966 and is a stated First American Edition. It's an ex-library copy and is in good + condition with 125 pages with a Table of Contents, an Index, and the fore-mentioned "illustrations" . . . and no dust jacket. There ARE some pages missing way at the end of the book. The Index only goes through "Himalayan Cedar." I must say that I am fairly certain they aren't illustrations but, rather, color photographs.
