Blayney Percival arrived in East Africa from Arabia where he had been in charge of a British Museum expedition. He was first an Assistant Collector, and in 1901 was appointed Ranger of Game Reserves. Later, he was Chief Game Warden for many years (1915-1923). Special edition produced for The African Collection.
