Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. Bill Beavan (illustrator). 2nd Edition. Quarto. 63pp. Second edition, first impression. Signed with a sketch by Bill Beavan to the title page. Includes 31 paintings of various Australian scenes by Bill Beavan. This book is in very good condition. The cloth boards are very good, with very minor bumping and some tanning. There is very minor foxing to the top edges of the front and rear boards. A previous owner (an acquaintance of Bill Beavan, who gave her this book and signed it for her) has left a touching inscription to her grand-daughter on the front free end paper. Bill Beavan has drawn an Ibis lifting off from a pool on the title page, and signed this image. There is a small loss of colour to the rear free end paper (approx. 1cm) after it was at some stage stuck to the rear pastedown page - see photo. The pages are clean and the binding is reasonably tight. The dust jacket is in very good condition, with some sunning to the edges and spine, bumping to the edges and chipping to the top edge of the spine. Internally, the dust jacket shows a small amount of light foxing, and light tanning to the edges. The dust jacket is unclipped. Signed by Author(s).
