Front cover has a diagonal crease. Top edge dust-stained. Foxing to the endpapers. Front flyleaf cut out, but there are two other blank flyleaves at the front. Signed by early owner (Algie Newlin, who was later a professor of History at Guilford College in Greensboro, NC) on the front flyleaf. A sound copy. Text is toned but appears unmarked.
