This publication appears to have been a NJ oriented publication (with NJ police individual pictures, but other national organizations are advertised), but apparently distributed to other areas of the country, this copy also being promoted by Barre, Vermont Police Department, with photographs of police officers and local advertisements. The profusely illustrated brochure bound in "Drugs of Abuse". Color photographs, lists of drugs, slang terms, signs of drug use, etc. 32 pages total. Questions welcome.
