Embossed illustration of engine on front board is unmarred. Lettering on spine is gilded and readable. Edges of browned with age. . All pages are well bound to spine. Binding firm. Interior pages have no tears or creases. This is NOT an ex-lib. A very nice 115+ year old book which documents one of man's greatest machines.
