The spiced pineapple RTS was standardized based on organoleptic evaluation. The nutrient content such as Total Soluble Solids (TSS), pH, acidity, reducing sugar, total sugar, tannin, beta-carotene, ascorbic acid and non enzymatic browning were analysed. El RTS de piña con especias se estandarizó basándose en la evaluación organoléptica. Se analizó el contenido de nutrientes, como los sólidos solubles totales (SST), el pH, la acidez, el azúcar reductor, el azúcar total, el tanino, el ¿-caroteno, el ácido ascórbico y el pardeamiento no enzimático.
