In more than 50% of the questions related to ethical dilemmas (abortion, euthanasia, blood transfusion, allocation of scarce health resources), wrong and inconsistent answers were obtained, supported by a religious-based morality (catholic church), which leads to the conclusion that the lack of didactic-pedagogical strategies for its insertion in medical education in Angola may be a critical factor that needs attention from academic authorities. To this end, it is proposed to include Bioethics transversally throughout the career, based on UNESCO's Core Curriculum. All readers interested in deepening their knowledge in the field of ethics applied to life, based on the political, cultural, and epidemiological context of Angola are urged to acquire the work. 64 pp. Englisch.

En más del 50% de las preguntas relacionadas con dilemas éticos (aborto, eutanasia, transfusión de sangre, asignación de recursos sanitarios escasos), se obtuvieron respuestas erróneas e incoherentes, apoyadas en una moral de base religiosa (Iglesia católica), lo que permite concluir que la falta de estrategias didáctico-pedagógicas para su inserción en la enseñanza de la medicina en Angola puede ser un factor crítico que requiere la atención de las autoridades académicas. Para ello, se propone incluir la Bioética de forma transversal a lo largo de la carrera, basándose en el Core Curriculum de la UNESCO. Se insta a todos los lectores interesados en profundizar en el campo de la ética aplicada a la vida, a partir del contexto político, cultural y epidemiológico de Angola, a adquirir la obra. 64 pp. Spanisch.

Une enquête a été appliquée aux stagiaires des écoles de médecine de deux paradigmes différents (médecine centrée sur l'hôpital et médecine communautaire). Dans plus de 50% des questions relatives aux dilemmes éthiques (avortement, euthanasie, transfusion sanguine, allocation de ressources sanitaires limitées), des réponses erronées et incohérentes ont été obtenues, soutenues par une morale basée sur la religion (Église catholique), ce qui permet de conclure que le manque de stratégies didactiques et pédagogiques pour son insertion dans l'enseignement médical en Angola peut être un facteur critique qui nécessite l'attention des autorités académiques. À cette fin, il est proposé d'inclure la bioéthique de manière transversale tout au long de la carrière, sur la base du tronc commun de l'UNESCO. A tal fine, si propone di includere la Bioetica in modo trasversale lungo tutta la carriera, sulla base del Core Curriculum dell'UNESCO.
