Decorated blue board covers with black lettering and red and black pictorial design on front cover; Pictorial Endpapers show different types of planes; rear free endpaper has a manila pocket though book does not appear to be a library copy; right book edge is rough-cut and top book edge is stained red by publisher; book interior is clean and tight; illustrated; 8vo; 190 pages; dustjacket is protected by a mylar wrapper and is fairly clean and mostly bright; front dustjacket panel has net 'Av' written in red near center of panel and lower edge has some tiny chips and rubbing at corners; upper edge of front dustjacket panel is rubbed with a scuff at upper right corner; spine panel of dustjacket is heavily rubbed at top and bottom with some light chipping and has a couple of scuff marks along spine; rear dustjacket panel is heavily rubbed at top edge with some minor chipping and lower edge is rubbed with a chip at right spine gutter leading to a diagonal crease; both top and bottom corners of inside front panel are clipped.

Decorated endpapers, dust jacket has very minor bumps at the corners and edges, and some minor wear at the edges, small closed tear at top of spine, otherwise clean and near very good, 190 pp. Pictures on request and with our pleasure. Normally I don't buy Juvenile readers, however there was a lot of some 150 books in very nice condition, many with dust jackets in good condition.
