Title page with explanatory text and 12 pages with photos of streets and buidings in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The booklet is not dated but, but pictures of automobiles and buildings of the State Normal College (later to become Mary Washington) make it clear that the date is between 1915 and 1923. A very scarce title: both WorldCat and Google locate no copies. Internally in very good condition: pages are clean and bright, with only slight toining. The covers are more fragile: separated at the spine (but held securely by the original braided tie) and chipped along edges. Size: Oblong 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" Tall. Book.…
