Andreas Luck was born in 1967 in Lower Saxony, Germany, and discovered his passion for cooking and creative culinary experiments at an early age. With over 35 years of experience in the culinary field, including work in high-end restaurants, event catering, and running his own restaurant, Andreas is now a seasoned and innovative chef dedicated to using fresh, high-quality ingredients without artificial additives. Inspired by the philosophy of renowned chef Johann Lafer and his mentor Jobst, Andreas focuses on the art of simple, flavorful cooking.

In addition to his work as a chef, Andreas brings over 40 years of experience in IT and media and is a passionate language teacher and author. His latest cookbook invites food lovers to recreate famous dishes from around the world in their own kitchens, enhanced with tips on shopping, kitchen equipment, and elegant presentation.

Today, Andreas resides in Bangkok, Thailand, where he continues to pursue his passion for cooking and writing. Through his books, he hopes to inspire people around the world to embrace the art of high-quality, homemade cuisine.
