Michail Salampasis

Michail (Mike) Salampasis is a professor of Internet Technologies at the International Hellenic University. He was born in Germany where he spent his early childhood. He has also lived for several years in England and Austria (Vienna), where he conducted doctorate and post-doc programmes under national and EU scholarships. He has published about a hundred articles in journals and conferences, chapters and books related to his research interests. Currently, he lives in Thessaloniki, Greece.

All these years, in parallel with his scientific activities, he has been active with his two other loves, theatre and story writing. He actively participates in theatrical groups that stage plays, and in literary gatherings. Mike is also graduate of the School of Drama at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, at the field of dramaturgy.
