Charalampos Mainemelis

Charalampos Mainemelis is Professor of Organizational Behavior at Alba Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece. His research explores creativity and its relationships with aesthetic states, social structures, and temporal dynamics. He has developed a theory of creative deviance in an article that won Academy of Management Review’s Best Article Award (2010). He has co-authored a metatheory of creative leadership in article that was finalist for Academy of Management Annals’ Best Article Award (2015). He is a member of the Editorial Board of Academy of Management Review and recipient of its Outstanding Reviewer Award (in 2009 and 2014).
