Gloria Phillips-Wren

Dr. Gloria Phillips-Wren is chair and associate professor in The Sellinger School of Business and Management at Loyola University Maryland, Information Systems and Operations Management Department. She is Founder and Co-Editor-in-Chief of Intelligent Decision Technologies: An International Journal (IDT) and Chair of the KES Focus Group in Intelligent Decision Technologies. She holds a Ph.D. and M.S. from the University of Maryland Baltimore Country.
