Item description from seller

27 x 19.5cm. All issues of the London Bulletin journal, surveying the Surrealist movement from a British perspective. The first issue [originally titled London Gallery Bulletin] is heavily worn at the spine, with the covers only tenuously holding, issue seven has slightly faded covers, and issue seventeen is slightly moisture-crinkled at lower edge. The final issue - a special edition - has all its alternate leaves uncut at the top edge, and includes the etching signed by S.W. Hayter. Contributors include Francis Picabia, Grace Pailthorpe and Reuben Mednikoff, Ithell Colquhoun, Bill Brandt, Joan Miro, Paul Nash, Paul Eluard, Herbert Read, Andre Breton, Yves Tanguy, Roland Penrose, Benjamin Peret, et al. A handsome set in generally good condition. Issue 12 is missing page 9/10 which is supplied in facsimile. Otherwise good.
