Synopsis
Felicity Rush's story takes you on a journey through a maze of tragic, yet all too common events experienced by many growing up in the Baby-Boomer era. She, her twin brother and two sisters all volleying for a place closer to their mother's heart, battle for the pinnacle of the Fagan Clan Totem Pole. In the scramble Felicity tumbles further and further away from the most important position of all, her rightful bond with her twin brother, Finnigan. Felicity, with the spirit of a cowgirl born in the wrong era, finds her escape on the back of a horse. Running, running, until the day she runs into Sidney Cook, the first human she truly connects with, the only man who ever captures her heart. Felicity battles her way through a life from destiny to death to discovery. In the end all people, places and events teach her that she is not alone. About the Author
Phyllis A. Hoffman is a native of Modesto, California. She feels she was blessed when born into the life of a country girl. Her two passions, storytelling and horses. Her love for the "Cowboy Way" life and wish to preserve its importance has led her to the genre of Cowboy Poetry and Trail Tale Music. At Sixty-five she still rides horses and Harley as often as possible. She writes for the pleasure of doing so. Having chronicled her life in verse she decided it was time to share her story.
