The book is in reasonably good condition, normal wear and marks apply consistent with use and age. Small speckles of foxing to top edge of papers, please see photo. Comes with dust jacket, not price clipped. 255 pages all intact and nice tight binding. All pages, text, and illustrations are in really good, clean, readable order. Its signed by the author, showing it was a gift to a close personal friend. Also enclosed is a letter supporting the gift and showing it was an early publication. First published in 1970, First Edition. A nice book that looks like its hardly been used.
