The book is in reasonably good condition, normal wear and marks apply consistent with use and age. Small speckles of foxing to top edge of papers, please see photo. Its signed by the author, showing it was a gift to a close personal friend. Also enclosed is a letter supporting the gift and showing it was an early publication.
