Frontispiece, 20 pp; double-page map of Boston in 1722. Original cloth. Very Good. Inscribed in Warren's hand (Warren's books are sometimes found with inscriptions by others): 'Dr. J.C. Parkinson/with the respects/of the author.' The tree, which had stood for over 150 years, was destroyed on February 12, 1876. See Edward Warren, The Life of John Collins Warren, M.
