2005. Publisher's Trade Paperback, about 8-1/2-inches wide x 10-15/16-inches tall. SIGNED. A wonderful, well-researched historical book on Cleveland's Terminal Tower [part of Tower City] on Cleveland's Public Square and the creators and developers called the Van Sweringens. When completed, it was the centerpiece of an entire complex of beautiful buildings stretching out several blocks. The interior passageways, arcades, and staircases were reminiscent of the features of Washington's Union Terminal and New York's Pennsylvania and Grand Central terminals, according to Landmark Press. The Terminal still stands proudly in downtown Cleveland. Condition of book: Light bump to top corner (affecting binding and page corners); minor chip to spine strip panel; minor shelf wear; light crease, insignificant rubbing; else overall Near Fine (issues related to the publisher not packing the book more securely for shipping). This book has never been read, it's still new, right from the publisher. Kept in temperature-controlled book cabinet. Book is signed, but can't make out the name. Note: We are a well-established, well-respected, ethical book dealer in business since 1991. We describe the condition of our books thoroughly and honestly, so you'll know exactly what you will receive when you order. We ship promptly.…

Store description
We are a well-established, well-respected book dealer who is professional, honest, and ethical in our business dealings. We tend to describe each book in a reserved, conservative manner, rather than oversell a book or sidestep the responsibility of addressing its flaws. Book club editions and library books along with books without dustjackets (if they came with dustjackets) are pointed out in our descriptions. We describe our books in detail, pointing out the precise condition of each book based on our opinion. It's your assurance that the book we describe is as close as possible to the book you will receive. In business since 1991, we typically have the highest ratings on major web sites. It will be a pleasure to serve you. R. Siedlecki R. Siedlecki Vintage Books…
