Paperback. Condition: Like New. FRIST EDITION. 2005. Publisher's Trade Paperback, about 8-1/2-inches wide x 10-15/16-inches tall. SIGNED. A wonderful, well-researched historical book on Cleveland's Terminal Tower [part of Tower City] on Cleveland's Public Square and the creators and developers called the Van Sweringens. When completed, it was the centerpiece of an entire complex of beautiful buildings stretching out several blocks. The interior passageways, arcades, and staircases were reminiscent of the features of Washington's Union Terminal and New York's Pennsylvania and Grand Central terminals, according to Landmark Press. The Terminal still stands proudly in downtown Cleveland. Condition of book: Light bump to top corner (affecting binding and page corners); minor chip to spine strip panel; minor shelf wear; light crease, insignificant rubbing; else overall Near Fine (issues related to the publisher not packing the book more securely for shipping). This book has never been read, it's still new, right from the publisher. Kept in temperature-controlled book cabinet. Book is signed, but can't make out the name.
